1. General Policy

All payments made to RussiansInLove.com are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Our services involve:

  • Personal time and effort

  • Vetting and screening

  • Curated introductions

  • Consultation and guidance

Once a service has begun, these resources cannot be recovered.

2. Curated Introductions

Fees paid for Curated Introductions are non-refundable once:

  • A match has been selected, or

  • An introduction has been initiated, or

  • Communication details have been shared

If an introduction cannot be completed due to availability or compatibility issues before any match is presented, we may, at our discretion:

  • Offer a replacement introduction, or

  • Apply a credit toward a future service

3. Monthly Introduction Memberships

Monthly memberships are:

  • Billed in advance

  • Non-refundable once the billing period begins

You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges, but no partial refunds are provided for unused time or introductions within an active billing period.

4. Premium Matchmaking Services

Premium services involve extensive vetting, consultation, and personalized effort.

Because of this:

  • Premium service fees are non-refundable once the intake process or consultation has begun

  • No refunds are issued based on match outcomes or personal preferences

5. Cultural Coaching & Consultations

Fees for cultural coaching, guidance sessions, or consultations are non-refundable once:

  • The session has occurred, or

  • The scheduled time has been reserved

If a session must be rescheduled, reasonable notice is required.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of chemistry or attraction

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Relationship outcomes

  • Delays caused by either party

Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at our discretion and do not set a precedent for future cases.
